What You'll Do:
- Take charge of the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring children feel safe and supported.
- Lead and mentor our wonderful team, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.
- Create fun and engaging learning activities that inspire children to explore and learn.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to keep them informed and involved.
- Make sure we meet all Ofsted requirements and maintain a safe, caring environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent); Level 5/6 in Leadership & Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, with leadership or management experience.
- A true passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
